I have to admit that after receiving several positive reviews, I was expecting to receive a negative review some time. But as much as I like it when our customers express themselves and comment on our product, I have to say that is comment does not provide constructive criticism and is mostly irrelevant content.

Terrible Food gives absolutely no indication of what could be/needed to be improved upon or what problem areas were. (I.E. Was it a specific dish that was not up to the customers standards? Was there a sauce that wasn't to the customers liking? Was the food not hot enough? Did the customer not care for certain ingredients in a dish? Did the customer think the food was not fresh enough? )

Dry Noodles are dry is simply a redundant comment. Of course dry noodles are dry! What's next? Iced tea was cold.

And my fortune cookie didn't even have a fortune. is a fairly irrelevant area of complaint. Because we do not make this product ourselves, we do not have control over the distribution of fortunes. Also, it is a fairly minor issue since it is not our main product to begin with. That is like writing a review about a steak dinner and complaining about the after dinner mints (I.E. The food was bad. The fries were dry. And the after dinner mints were white. That sucks. Everyone knows that those are the cheap ones. The best after dinner mints are red!).

And finally What kind of service is this. gives absolutely no indication of what could be/needed to improved or what problem areas were (I.E. Was it the way the customer was greeted that was unsatisfactory? Did the food take too long to prepare? Did the customer not appreciate having to wait in line for service? Did the customer feel the debit transaction took too long to complete on the terminal?).

All in all, a very useless review that seems to be one person simply being very negative with no actual feedback that I do not appreciate having on the website.
