The price is way too expensive than most Vietnamese Restaurant.

food is excellent, service could be better

We been to this restaurant and it's not bad, I would recommend it if you location is close to proximity, just to give a try.

Two of us visited this restaurant in Feb 08. The food arrived luke warm and the Pho has no flavor. I tasted much better Pho at some of the downtown restaurants. When the bill came they had added an automatic 15% tip. When I explained to the owner that he can not do that, he stated it's my restaurant, I can do what I want and he walked away. I will definitely not be going back to this restaurant.

I have been in this restaurant many times, my favorite restaurant in Calgary for Vietnamese food , they have romantic atmospheres, tasty food and friendly staffs.I recommended with all my friend who want to try Vietnamese food and I always get satisfactory after they try it

always good food - amazing spring rolls - service can be a bit hit or miss because it is just a family operation and it can get busy at dinner. They do the best they can to keep up but you might have to be patient some nights. Worth the wait though.

I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant, and we go at least once a week. The food is consistantly delicious and the service is always friendly.

I must say that the food here tastes a lot better than most other Vietnamese restaurants we've been to, plus serving is bigger. The owners and all their staff are very friendly, the number 1 reason why we frequent this place. Try going to LemonGrass, another Vietnamese resto and you'll have the real definition of service that sucks.

While the food in this restaurant is of similar quality to other Vietnamese restaurants, the extreemly poor service makes for a dredful dining experience. First we waited nearly 15 minutes before the sole waiter, and owner, came by our table, only to fill our water and then leave us to wait another 10 minutes before taking our order. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for the appetizers to arrive, and then another 15 for our only half of our drinks!! After being in the restaurant for over an hour and still missing half our drinks we decided to leave. To top off the evening, while I was taking our infant son to the car the owner demanded that my wife pay for the appetizers and the drinks, including the ones that we had not recieved. If this is the way he treats his customers, he will not be getting much return business. Not from us anyway
