Hello there.
I have been going to OPA restaurants and have unfortunately noticed that the quality of the food is going down.
The salads are always watery and NOT fresh.You also get the feeling that the salad greens etc., have not been washed.
As you know the greek salad is our copyright if not our RIGHT (just as ouzo and feta)and if we don't get IT together and clean up our act....we will hear it again!
Hey...dont get me wrong we have a good thing going here...but there is nothing worse than loosing faith in the food business. And when they know the name of the business...you wouldnt want to be always changing the name of the restaurant.
We have healthy foods and this is appreciated. Let's show them what we are made of.
